Contains rapidly acting biocides designed to effectively kill a wide range of biological growth such as moss, algae, fungi and lichen. It provides a long- lasting resistance to retard any growth.

Sunshine Roof Acrylic Sealer
To neutralize porosity of tiles and develop water resistance and effective surface seal with high degree of adhesion as it is a water-based new generation of 100% acrylic resin.

Sunshine Rust Converter
SUNSHINE Rust Converter will resist the rusting process and allow the surface to be over-coated, neutralize red rust on mild steel in areas where it is impractical or impossible to remove rust completely, such as burglar bars, fencing, structural steel, etc. and also give corrosion protection to rusted surfaces without the need for intensive surface preparation

Based of an acrylic resin with exceptional adhesion, low moisture permeability and anti-corrosive properties. It makes the best primer for rusty steel or galvanized iron.

It is formulated to rejuvenate weather roof. It can be applied to most substrates without a primer. A highly durable and flexible finish coating designed for excellent resistance to South East Asian weather.
